Our fish are true, open-ocean raised striped bass, not to be confused with the hybrid species currently farmed in fresh water ponds and lakes. Known in the wild as rock fish or stripers, they are large fish with black stripes running along their silvery metallic sides. Adult fish grow 1 – 3 foot in length and are harvested between 1 – 5 pounds.

Like many oceanfish, our striped bass is high in omega-3 fatty acids, offering significant health benefits. This premium white fish is prized for its sweet, mild flavor and firm texture. It is often served raw as sashimi, sushi, or crudo and when cooked, pairs well with marinades and sauces.
